Auditing MDM IBM MaaS360 enrollment

Once started, audit the MDM IBM MaaS360 enrollment as explained below.

To audit MDM IBM MaaS360 enrollment:

1. Follow the steps described in Accessing your partitions to log into the PKIaaS interface as a user with any of the following roles:

   • Owners
   • Enrollment Workflow Administrators
   • Enrollment Workflow Auditors

2. Click Enrollment Workflows in the sidebar.

   

3. Click the name of an MDM IBM MaaS360 enrollment workflow to display the configuration details.

   • End Entities
   • Issued Certificates
   • Digital IDs
   • Credentials
   • Activity

End Entities

Select this tab to browse the identifier, activation status, and expiry date of each end-entity that has requested a certificate. Click the three dots ("…") to the right of an end-entity and select:

• View Entity to display the end-entity details
• Activate Entity to activate a deactivated entity
• Deactivate Entity to deactivate an entity
• Decommission Entity to permanently remove an end-entity

Issued Certificates

Select this tab to browse the certificates issued using the enrollment workflow.

Digital IDs

Select this tab to browse the digital identifiers described in Creating digital identifiers.

Credentials

Select this tab to browse the credentials described in Creating credentials.

Activity

Select this tab to browse a log record of the enrollment events.
