Troubleshooting agent onboarding issues

If you are having problems connecting the on-premises agent to the Entrust PKIaaS cloud:

1. Check the error log as explained in Browsing logs.
2. Take a screenshot of the error log.
3. Attach the screenshot to a support ticket.
